You don't seem to know what you are writing about. Water from septic tanks absorbed by the soil does not come out when it rains. It just reduces the absorption capacity of the soil.

You reflect the problem with Ghana today - everything is seen through the political lens.

What did the NPP do about the drainage system in Ghana when they were in power?

You have to provide solutions. Ghanaians have to learn that the drains are not for the disposal of waste. Second Ghanaians have to change their building habits - an easement (or water way) is not built upon. Third the existing drains need cleaning before new ons are built.

Since NDC came to power and because of politics, Zoomlion is no more and even the District Assembly Common fund that the DDCE/MMCE depend on to carry their duties are not more: mahama and NDC have destroyed everything in Ghana
