The problems with the land tenure system in Ghana have eminated from anscient. However, these do not decline the fact that legislations should be made to correct this anormally. Thus, the Government can support an enactment of legislations to govern how these allodial holders manage their long owned interests in lands and the fact that their selfish interest may be evoked should not be a standing block to this head-way.
