  Hitler has performed such medical trials on the Jews and now the new Hitler, Segbefia is doing the same. Is it because this fool, a horse fart fool is going to allow this trial of unknown result on my people.

  You can get information on Ebola vaccine trials. I understand why you are concerned but if you educate yourself you will do Voltarians a big favor. Volta region is noted for educated professionals and UHAS is working to increase scientific research. Ebola vaccine trials is one of several trials that can help improve the health and wealth of Voltarians. Nobody is forcing the trials on Ghanaians. Just give the chance to those who understand and want to participate in the trials. The vaccine is not the Ebola virus . The vaccine will help your body to develop antibodies to fight the virus if you get in contact with the virus..
  Learn more and don't be expert in what you don't know. This is a disgrace to Ghana.

  Normally, what research Pharmaceuticals do in their trials of new vaccine is to make it optional or open to any one not restricted to a group of people. Restricting it to a group of people is what has caught the attention of concerned citizens.
  
  The whole process of new vaccine trials is like marketing. People are called to do the trials for a reward and even before that they sign a consent form.
  
  The last incident which a Pharmaceutical in England got trial victims head blotted took the whole country by surprise.

  The six are being treated at Northwick Park hospital
  Two men remain critically ill and four others are in a serious condition after suffering a violent reaction while taking part in a clinical drugs trial.
  All are still in intensive care in Northwick Park Hospital, north-west London, after falling ill on Monday.
  
  Myfanwy Marshall told BBC News her boyfriend's body was badly swollen and she had been told he could die.
  
  One of the drugs companies involved in the trial said it has apologised to the families of the men.
  
  But relatives are said to be unhappy with the information given from the firm behind the anti-inflammatory drug.
  
  The families had been given "mixed messages" during two meetings with pharmaceutical company TeGenero AG, which manufactures the drug and Parexel, which ran the trial, it was claimed.
  
  Lawyer Ann Alexander, representing one of the critically ill men, told the BBC the companies had been asked whether any of the animals used to test the drug had died.
  
  "I understand that yesterday, they were told a dog had died during the testing. Today that was denied," she said.
  
  But TeGenero has described the reactions as "shocking developments" and said the new medicine showed no signs of problems in earlier tests.

  'He needs a miracle'
  Ms Alexander added: "These are ordinary health people who have been involved in a clinical trial and unfortunately everything seems to have gone wrong.
  
  "I think the most scary thing for the families..is that they don't know what the outcome is going to be".
  
  As there was no antidote and doctors did not know what had happened, they were having to treat the patients on a "symptomatic basis", she said.
  
  It was the first time the drug TBN1412, designed to treat conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and leukaemia, had been tested on humans.
  
  Within hours of taking it on Monday, the six young volunteers had to be admitted to intensive care.
  
  Ms Marshall, 35, whose boyfriend is critically ill, said the normally healthy 28-year-old's face was so puffed, he "looks like the Elephant Man".
  
  She said he was completely lifeless, unable even to move an eyelid.
  
  "They just keep saying he's very, very sick and we are doing all we can," she added.
  
  The hospital says it is continuing to treat the men's "inflammatory disorder" and would do all it could to support the families.

  TeGenero's chief scientific officer Thomas Hanke said the company's first concern was making sure the patients got the best treatment possible and to support the familes.
  
  He added: "They were shocked, devastated. We deeply understand that they are. We are devastated at these shocking developments which we were not anticipating."
  
  He said TeGenero AG had apologised to the men's families.
  
  An investigation by inspectors from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) at the private research unit on the hospital's grounds has begun.
  
  American company Parexel, which runs the unit, said it followed recommended guidelines in its trial.
  
  Professor Kent Woods, from the MHRA, said they would be looking at whether the reaction was caused by a manufacturing problem, contamination, a dosing error or whether it was some "completely unanticipated side effect of the drug in humans".
  
  The Medical Research Council said that while it was "an unfortunate and extremely rare event", such clinical trials were essential for the development of new and better treatments.

  This was the wxact reaction of people when the first antibiotics(Penicillin) went on trial.This is new to Ghanaians and i believe the population has not been adequately prepared for this trial.And to limit it to just a sect of the Ghanaian population makes it even more suspicious.
  My most concern is Ghana does not have the facilities to treat any volunteer who falls ill due to the trial vaccine.

  Amexo, I am not a medical doctor, but even in my field working for a defense contractor and as a fellow flight test reseacher and engineer our products take years to come to a flight test and to be added to the arsenal of weapons. Some of the best weapons take more than 20 years(from its inception to production) before we even take it to the field(theatre}or to the proving ground for even a flight test. Most of our Systems alone will take 6-10 years to develop. The sensors(the radar and the optical) also take so long and finally the weapons(Kenetic Energy Interceptor) KEI also take years. In all, it takes many years for a weapon system to be deployed.
  
  When you deal with medicine, it should take more years. Why the haste? Why don't we try it first on those who are pushing this Ebola vaccine. Why not on their families first? Why should we try it on the Ghanaian Jew? Is the Ghanaian Jew the new Hitler's medical trial pig?
  
  Amexo, I aready know what the result will be. Just wait and see. A lot of people will be sick across my BIG BLUE RIVER, the Volta. I am not going to stand by for my people to be used by some greedy bastards with sharp teeth.

As well, we would like to understand more about the identification of virus strains in the lab setting. Specifically, spell out for Ghanaians, the process of identifying viruses and distinguishing them from others etc.
  
  If you cannot do this, as for me, I will know that your inclination is NOT disease prevention, but rather, something as base as profit and perhaps, vain glory. Thank you.

  Do they really know what is happening out by the 3 rulers of the world including our nation Ghana in we say we a sitting president but, he in fact don't have any control.
  There is one thing we as a nation need to understand at the moment is the those Triangle of rulers have plan of which they control every nation of the world all over.
  Now time the period (HIV AID'S) which they have set about 10 or more years now is over so they have introduce another new disease by the name (Ebola)and it's main aim is to eat into Human rays or reduce the world population an expected target which they have set and the same people will turn around and come to us saying they have the solution to our problems so they our authorities have do this or that by their conditionality's for moneys which in the final analysis will go back to them that control our world today.
  So Mr. PRESIDENT YOU NEED TO WAKE UP AND SAY NO to any thing of this kind if you care for people of MOTHER Ghana and not to allow any body to us your people as well as to say they are introducing any such drugs to control, we should only educate our people on good health,good life and no such disease will affect this nation that we will loos over 3000 - 5000 life's and families . Thank you.
