  Silvester Mensah is a as dubious as any crook can be. He needs to be investigated. Mr Mensah single handed brought down the scheme. He selfishly amassed wealth by awarding his phoney limited liability companies contracts, overseas traveling and using all loope holes to amass wealth. How can a CEO of a failing scheme acquire all that mensah has? what is happening? Countless houses and properties whiles the scheme was crumbling on its knees. why would the president wait until now? What has this foolish thief done that needs him there for 6 years? When the NPP comes this foolish man should start packing up. We know he is already hiding the ill gotten booties in fake names and under friends and relatives names. But we will trail all of them and bring them to light. Thief man like that.

  Sly cannot justify his stewardship. Profligate spending on goods, services and fake travels by himself and his lieutenants enriching wealthy stakeholders to the detriment of the those struggling to provide services to the poor. If Ndc does not see anything very wrong with ihis stewardship NPP come 2017 will unreaveal all .No matter how hard they try to clean the rot. He will surely pay for it.
