  NDC/Mahama should've waited for the Supreme Court's verdict on the matter before appointing the new EC boss. He should not have panicked because he felt the SC might decide against his appointment of the EC boss, which is a possibility. Those who are against his appointment of the EC boss have valid and concrete points; since the president is also a political player, he should not be allowed to appoint the referee. The constitution cannot and does not seek to give undue advantage to one political player against all the others.

  MR okoampa,kwame;..I believe you see purple in OUR Prsident eye:and let me say clearly to you Mr.OKoampa,Kwame;YOUR PHD clearly represent "pull Him Down syndrome on Mr President;if you really noticed hisclosing remarks where these issue occurred,he congratulated them on their effort of Hospitality and the goal of building a healthcare facility.;..this exactly what a federal government suppose to do but not sanitry situation:Toilet and uninary place is assembly and municipal issue:so it is unwise side of the leader not requesting asphart road but toilet facility..it is a shameful to tghose leader;i could not finish reading all your article but I believe you made refgerences to our first President doings;yes Mr inkrumah did provide those facilities but as Ghana of 52years from colonialism;we should have had moved from these facilities to level of technology stage:i believed that the President was smart brushing those request because it was a trap by his enemies..it was a trap by the political pundist jump on it to nagging him of "the President of TOILET"like some crazy people call him"dead goat"..Mr Phd,i am wondering how we can use our PHD knowledge and help the country into better future..i believe that some of the acadamians in are useless
