That is, when your neighbour's beard is on fire, get water ready to protect yours before you go to put out the fire, in case the fire catches yours.

At least NPP completed their primaries with some minor glitches. However, NDC is yet to hold their primaries and with your Central Regional Chairman issuing a "fatwa" that he will protect all first time MPs, NDC is in for trouble. What is the legal basis of such edict and where in NDC Constitution is that stated? How is he going to achieve such protection if the elections will not be manipulated in their favour?

Just mind the gap because what could hit NDC if that ignorant Chairman goes ahead with his silly and undemocratic idea could destroy NDC's chances of third consecutive victory and Mahama's second term.
