  I am a bit concerned and would like to be educated. It seems the Minister is being addressed Dr. Has he obtained a PhD and in what subject or area? Was it an honorary PhD or one that was given to him because he worked for it ...

  I am a bit concerned and would like to be educated. It seems the Minister is being addressed Dr. Has he obtained a PhD and in what subject or area? Was it an honorary PhD or one that was given to him because he worked for it as in presnting published work or publication? Could someone please answer these questions for me. They are very important otherwise it is highly immoral to accept a title you don't have.

  They say "lightening does not strike the same place twice".
  God gave him to us but we killed him so he's not coming back to us in any shape, form, person or colour.... not even as pretenders or copycats.
  
  We had our chance and we blew it ....so please let the GREAT MAN rest in peace. He deserves that, at least.
  
  Don't let him be turning over in his grave by equating him to copycats and wannabes who are not even worthy of cleaning or dusting off the GREAT MAN'S sandals.
  
  These frauds are NOT even worth their own salt... let alone Nkrumah's!!!!!
