THE FIRST THING THEY DID WAS TO HIRE SOME GANGSTERS TO DRIVE HIM (KUFFOUR) OUT OF HIS OFFICE IN ACCRA. AND "OLD FROG EYES" SHOULD REFLECT ON THIS FACT: ALL THE GOOD PROGRAMS HE INTRODUCED IN GHANA DURING HIS TENURE (e.g. in health, school-feeding,transport, etc) HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY THE NDC. It is always a pity when you hear some NPP folks talking as if Ghana was a paradise during their reign.
How was Mahama able to destroy the so-called social interventions put in place by the NPP? How many people for example registered with the National Health Insurance Scheme before NPP left government and how many people are with the scheme today? Do you expect the meager premium being paid to sustain the grown scheme? and would Ghanaians be prepared to pay higher premium?
School Feeding Program? It is simply donor-funded and once funds are no more flowing from the donors you don't expect the program to progress without problems.
There is no gainsaying or denying the fact that the country is facing challenges but it is very doubtful whether a government of the NPP led by Akufo-Addo offers any hope for Ghanaians. Certainly it those who stand to benefit immensely from Akufo-Addo's government through corrupt practices who are making the most noise.

It is sad to read that given all the revenue at the disposal of this administration things keep getting worse.The Mahama administration have collected more taxes than any other in our history.In the six years of NDC rule, they have taken the nation from lower middle income state to virtual HIPC.There are some who want to equalize by saying Kuffour also took Ghana to HIPC.The facts of the situation is that while Kuffour inherited the HIPC situation created by NDC the Mahama administration have created it on his own and are trying to fix it.
