There are precedents and case laws all over the advance democracies that the role of an advisory body to a president is to provides non-binding advice to the president because the buck stops with the president when it comes to accountability to the electorate.
The Ghanaian advisory bodies to the president only advice the president on his reserve powers under the constitution because a reserve power is a power that may be exercised by the head of state without the approval of another branch of the government.
The cases pending before the sc are only the products of busy bodies who want to clog the courts with this vexatious writs and the sc must have the courage to quickly dismiss them for wasting the court's time.Decisions taken by the president on the advice of advisory bodies place no burden on them but the president and hence the buck stops with him

These moves, calculated to overwhelm "the system", generate disaffection among the citizenry for the current administration, and to unsettle even those with 'Teflon skin' will surely come back to 'bite' these agent-provocateurs and their sponsors!

Ghana is doomed under NDC intimidation and bugabuga. They do t make sensible arguments. Someone mixes names so he ecomes afool and so the issue he raised is bypassed. Dr Omane is a bully and be will end nowhere in 2016
