  Tekperh is out of touch,he doesn't care because he gets free fuel and free electricity and has 24/7 light so he doesn't know what people are going through.
  
  There are many even in government who will tell you in private how frustrated they are with the situation so if somebody will justify it then that person needs a psychiatric to examine him.

  The president had said that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.
  
  When that became monotonous , Ghanaians began to wonder whether the president is serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or just another crocodile tears to deceive them into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
  
  Now, and after failing to bring about any changes in the magnitude of the prevailing corruption in the country, he has again started to blame the judiciary for not doing enough to fight it, absolving himself from any responsibility while enjoying absolute powers vested in him by the "Rawlings' green book Constitution". They even claim the constitution gives him the power to appoint the EC chairperson without consulting any one.

  Now you know why they are refusing to fix dumsor? They just invented this dumsor to make Ghanaians so poor that during elections a bribe of just 5ghs would make the giver a hero. They are filthy corrupt.

  Simple put, Seth Terkper is stupid despite the fact of his long time association with the World Bank in the USA in the mid '90s to early 2000s. Developed Nation's Finance Ministers or Money Managers worked around the clock to help their Presidents to solve the number one priority which is job creation to solve unemployment among every able-bodied individual. I am not here to say it is the government who creates job but rather creates the environment which existing and would-be entrepreneurs seize upon it to expand and create new business for our teeming job-hunters to try their luck.
  
  Prove me wrong with all the comments Seth Terkper had made since becoming (FM) which none is geared towards ways to solve the unemployment issue. Job creation is the yardstick which most developed nations used to judge the president's performance. Seth is just Tax expert hence his main aim is to tax individuals to the bone without thinking about its repercussion to the entire economy.
  
  He is making his fat salary and allowances intact without thinking about the weaker links among us in the country. Is he not stupid?
