  I heard this same gentleman, profusely pleading ignorance and utter shock on Adom FM, about 'the number' his old classmate from his Prempeh college days, had done on diabetes patients in this country!
  An d lest we forget, this was the same guy who set up as many as five or six foreign exchange accounts, in contravention of existing law, into which large sums of hard currencies were stashed, when he headed this country`s Food and Drugs Board under the erstwhile Kufour administration.
