  GYEEDA is neither a measure of success or a measure of administrative competence. Critics of the NDC relative to failures of GYEEDA do put their own lack of worthwhile business proposal on display and the naivete they bring to bear on issues that must be addressed by adults; classroom earned credentials alone won't cut muster.
  The NPP initiated NYEP now GYEEDA had no chance of survival and was not worth the time wasted by the NPP brains that dreamed it up. Dr. Kwame should enlighten us with documents from his political puppet masters, NPP, on proposed operational practices and procedures, proposed annual funding mechanisms and initial capital investment by the Kufour administration. It is only when the NPP and other critics can point to where or how the NDC administrations went off track from the values set by NPP dreamers we can begin to fix this billion cedi joke. It is not NDC or NPP that failed Ghana on drainage systems, failed Ghana on electricity production and distribution, and all the other failures of government; it is the failures of a society that was driven by a few miscreants who promised to give us democracy in 1966 and gave us an unending chaos even while they keep the delusional democracy drumbeat going. You Dr. Kwame should know that democracy succeeds with a well educated and informed society; the bandits of the NPP and NDC prefer a dumb down Ghana society that enables the creation of a few super rich class and a majority poor society. The architects and supporters of the natural and mineral rape brigade have won over the majority politically immature Ghana society.
