  In any civilized democratic country, the minister of interior or the police chief would have left office by now because they failed Ghanaians miserably. Immediately after the electoral violence, NDC officials started to propagate that it was a mob fight between NDC and NPP supporters, and the interior minister shamefully joined in and said that "violence begets violence". He forgot that it was his duty through the security forces to investigate the case thoroughly and tell Ghanaians who did what since arms and thumb-printed ballot papers were confiscated from some people.
  
  These specific crimes or exhibits could have led us to the real criminals behind the shootings and stuffing of ballot boxes. But our unprofessional police preferred to toe the line of those in power and claim that they were going to prosecute ghosts rather than follow the available leads. In the recent suicide bombing that took place at a mosque in Kuwait, the security officers identified and arrested the owner of the car that took the suicide bomber to the mosque and followed it up with arrest of the driver. From there, the investigations led to the masterminds and accomplishes of the heinous crime.
  
  Why can't our security forces investigate the leads or exhibits that could lead us to the bigger picture, rather than gloss over them as if they confiscated the AK-47s, cutlasses and thumb-printed ballot papers from the air? Our security forces, like the government including Mr. Woyongo, are trying to generalize the issue and incriminate others to enable them bury the truth between Azorka boys and Bolga Bulldogs in order to blindfold Ghanaians and cover the government's own tracks. Ghanaians deserve better.

Which minister of state is nt partisan? Dnt sit there n behabe like a hypocrite,what havnt we heard frm ministers of state under the kufuor regime? Where were u then? Which party is more violent than de NPP even in this 21st century? What didnt happen to Francis Poku and co? Just recently, your "invincible forces" took over your party's headquarters and chased away legitimately elected officers,that's democracy for you i guess? What about the throwing of bombs and mainming of innocent school children? After the atiwa by-elections akufo addo said they thought de ndc a bitter a lesson, apparently refering to the violence that was meted out to ndc faithfuls in that constituency, was it ndc thugs that carried out that mayhem? This also constitute democracy and characterises a civilised party(npp) i guess? Before i forget,i guess it was the Azorka boys that poured the acid on adams mahama too? Civilised people indeed. The upper east may not be developed as we wuld want but we remain loyal n thankful to rawlings for giving us something you n your pathetic founders objected at the time..electricity, i doubt if there can development without light.

  It is high time our cabinet ministers live above partisanship, especially the interior and the defence ministries. The behavior of Woyongo was in a bad taste.
