We should abolish the Council of State, it serve no purpose rather the party in party in power's interest, another waste of public funds.

A 40 year development plan for a nation like Ghana in its current state is an absurd proposition!
Or, maybe, the "visionaries" are going to write the requirements in the Constitution they are getting ready to revised.
