  WE SAY: We surely missed this aspect of "Chalk-Gate", if this writer is faithfully what Mrs. Amissah-Arthur said in Kukurantumi.
  
  In that case, it comes a matter of "You the People" versus the AMissar-Attas and Mahama's in government.
