  The mps were crying wolf. They were hiding the incompetence of the parliamentary service board.
  
  They can't operate a simple standby generator. They should stop making noise. Even theatres conducting brain surgeries and laboratories needing 24 hours of power have readied themselves and prevented precious lives and equipment being lost.
  Tell me one piece of equipment apart from computers in that parliament.
  They were complaining because of lack of air-conditioning and nothing else.

  Lights out at the parliament house was and is a wakeup call to all the fools who believe the NPP could solve the dumsor problem or that things were better under Kufour's NPP administration. Parliament was not built by the NDC neither are the dictates of the utilities at the complex. Kufour was so good at the wheel that critical government buildings saw no upgrades to save them from unexpected emergencies. People with NPP mind set see progress just as long as they have money in their pockets; to hell with the world and communities around that perish. Does anyone think Mahama's NDC administration took away all the Kufour era infrastructure upgrades away so parliament experiences dumsor? Let's get real and call people to account. If parliament is no better at the game of wisdom then how could they have a better plan for Ghana? To know how hard our political elite class are working to solve Ghana's lack of comprehensive electricity problem one only has to know how many of those folks in parliament and their side kicks have invested in gasoline powered backup generators at their places of residence within the last 5years. They know like some of us know they are just as clueless today as yesterday. Has anyone here in Ghana or in the Diaspora seen the comprehensive drawings and map outs of government plans to fulfill the electricity needs of Ghana ever? Has any administration shown their own energy agenda documentation to anyone in public and or provided progress report during a press release that did not succumb to political propaganda ploys? To take heed to what comes out of parliament is to bury ones head in the sand and not separate facts from their bull.
