  Nii Moi worked as an economist with the City or State of New York before relocating to Ghana, and he gave up a lucrative job with the United Nations to contribute his quota to the development of Ghana.
  
  So how was he unemployed before joining government. It's this type of nonsense that's holding back the development of Ghana.
  
  What has the writer contributed to the betterment of this country. Any idiot can sit behind a computer and type out nonsense.
  
  Ghana is the way it is because previous leaders lacked the foresight to come up with a LONG TERM plan that would prepare the country for the inevitable changes all countries has to face. Now that someone is proposing such an action he gets cricified for it? Ghana is doomed!
