  Ahoofe,everybody agrees you are entitle to your opinion and expressions which is your prerogative right.Ahoofe,Frankly speaking your article do not make sense and secondly you attack Buhari without any justification.Calling Buhari a hawk is insane because he is not executing his predeccessor and minister and dictating in unjust ways.Who in his right mind will put his life and the lives of his citizen in DUMSOR to manage it airspace?Ahooye it is insane to buy while you can do it.Ahoofe,Buhari is not president Mahama who despise his own technology to buy from other countries.Buhari said i will manufacture my own guns.Ahoofe do you think if Apostle happen to be a Nigerian will Buhari look unconcend to let Apostle invention be invain and rot without benefitting average Ghanaian?In my opinion i don't think so.Rawlings,Kufuor,Mills and Mahama all has fail Apostle and our inventors because they has put their heart,mind and soul in other countries and refuse to help our inventors because Ghanaians are inferior human being and should not be able to do anything.Ahoofe,Buhari has come to realise that life in danger under Ghana control of his airspace with Dumsor.

  Nonetheless i would not underestimate the concerns he has raised here. Buhari is acting very hawkish and as the writer clearly pointed out Nigeria can not be trusted to be a reliable partner in regional security and corporation. An arms factory right in our backyard must be a concern to any serious thinking West African. it is about time ministers in the sub region call on Buhari to impress upon to not make the sub region a Militarize Zone. We should be careful not to be caught flat footed or worse be caught asleep at the switch. Good point Ahoofe

  The old adage be careful of what you wish for is all so true now, is it not Dr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe. Buhari is the president of Nigeria and not of Ghana or any other ECOWAS nations. Then there was the NPP singing the Buhari praises while attempting to extrapolate events in Nigeria to Ghana with wishful thinking.
  
  Nigeria's Buhari is doing what a government is supposed to do; manage the health, safety, security and economy of a nation even if he eventually become a typical head of state of an African nation. In Ghana our leaders take care of tribal interest first and foremost followed by political party cronyism. We choose the leaders we deserve and Buhari is fulfilling a void in Nigeria; it should drive Ghana's "buga buga" armed forces to take note instead of beating on Ghana's public for kicks.

  this article is baseless, cheap blackmail and unhealthy. the writter is cruel and biase. Buhari is a man of vision, alot has been working against 9jeria, which made him Buhari to take this bold step to fixed the nation. he ordered the manufacturing of weapon to stop 9ja dependence from the west for arms rather than to threating her neighbours as the writter have wrongly speculated. the issue of airspace, which the gov't of ghana has openly denied of not managing, the president made the order to take over the airspace as a result of the insecurity issues in 9ja. Buhari might be a dictator and have rule 9jeria in the past with iron hand, his second coming as a civilian is seen by all as a God sent. he want to put 9ja in its rightful place. corruption, insecurity, education, agric, industrialization and the economy top his agenda. God willing 9ja will be the principal security officer in africa soon, with this transformation taking place.

  Would have done better job writing on "beautification" of West African metropolises.
  Every time you publish your articles you brandish the Garden City of New York.
  
  Wouldn't it be great if we beautify cities like Accra, Bathurst, Cotonou, Dakar, Kumasi, Lagos, lome, etc.?
  Maybe we are not aesthetically inclined.
  We are too political. We see politics in everything.
