By the way, what is the credibility of the Mahamas led administration to propose such a plan for Ghanaians after it has demonstrated to the people a crass and gross incompetence for some seven years in power? I sincerely believe this move is ploy for these Atinga-Trokosis in power to "SADAlize" the taxpayer before they get a kick in the butt in 2016. Contrary to what the discredited former EC Chairman said, this is another example of how elections are rigged far away from polling stations, and Ghanaians should wake up. NDC is again preparing to rig the elections through the old bloated voters' register, and Asiedu Nketia and his party is fighting to keep the loophole intact, despite the fact that the Supreme Court recommended it and all the political parties support it except, of course, the NDC party.

The NDC and Mahama have taken the Ghanaian as stupid.
Since they took over from the NPP in 2008,they have done nothing. Where there was such things as NHIS, School feeding programe,the youth employment programe and many started infrastructures, generally there was hope for the people.
Today however, the NDC started with Woyome, GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and drugs. They smell defeat and so they come up with a 40yr development plan.
The NDC must not be allowed to pass this 40yr thing into law. If they believe this is what the people want then we must vote on their proposal on the 2016 elections.
Right now what we need is for them to fix the economy,and fix the power crises, and negotiate with our doctors. Do not confuse us with a 40yr.development plan, you got a year to fix things or be replaced by a competent Nana Akufo-Addo.
