STOP THE DEAL. STOP MAHAMA
Govt spends a fortune on several expensive engineering equipment,--- excavators, loaders,, trucks for distribution to MMDAs for engineering works.
Because of the emergency arising from the June 3rd floods in Accra, the new equipment is handed over to Engineers/Planners of Ibrahim Mahama, the President's brother to desilt the Odaw drains and in fact do other works whilst the govt provides just fuel in a dubious agreement.
Ibrahim provides all manpower for the works ie operators, supervisors, engineers, mechanics etc.
Ibrahim tells us he is not charging for the works.
Now, insiders reckon that it’s all a gargantuan hoodwinking hoax. In a year's time or so, Ibrahim Mahama will present a huge man-month bill to govt for providing, operators, supervisors, engineers, mechanics etc.
Govt will not have the money to pay.
Govt will then NEGOTIATE and give more than half the equipment to Ibrahim to defray his cost.
Ibrahim will then own all that new equipment having paid no tax.
Very clever. Very clever.
Parliament should immediately demand the agreement between Govt and Engineers/Planners for scrutiny.
Are we looking on for the Mahama family criminals led by President Mahama to generate another gargantuan fraud on Ghana—following the fraudish sell out of the Merchant Bank to the same Mahama looting brigade?
CASTRATE the evil Mahamas. Fish them out

The truth of the matter is that doctors have assumed special airs which makes them think of themselves as special and by their action insists that they be put on a pedestal worth their importance.
As much as the role of the doctor is essential, they must recognize that they are public servants and their remuneration is coming from the public purse. They must therefore look at the present economy and whether the government can sustain their outrageous demands.
The public opinion is against the doctors not because they don't appreciate their role, but there is something of the Knight of arrogance in their approach especially when the down turn is affecting everybody and doctor are relatively better off than most of the society.
This attitude of holding the country to ransom because of your special skill is what will unmake you.If the pedestal which society put you on is abused then that respect will be withdrawn.
From your action it looks like money matters to you more than your oath of office. The arrogance of the doctor is exclusive to a third world country like Ghana.Other places they are just workers with special skills. They therefore respect the opinion of society but from the pronouncement of your leadership you are a law unto yourself

This will enable the Government have ample time, to study their proposals and
then draw up condition of service for next
generation of Doctors.
I think government should let every medical student bear aluh
