The Ghana Police Force will be bereft of employees if the current bottlenecks were eliminated. They survive on massive societal indiscipline and corruption. They will even accept 2 fingers of roasted plantains (from me on the Kumasi-Cape Coast road)to avoid harrasing you!

We complain about corruption, but we take shortcuts and so the shortcut is maintained and the inconvenient step that is not used and doesn't get complaints in order to bring light to it - never gets the amount of attention to be addressed or fixed. The inconvenience is now maintained. Ghanaian then complains about system not working, government is corrupt, etc. Repeat.

Ask the DVLA boss why he has refused to issue a license to the nearly completed DVLA place in Tema. People queue for hours at the one already in operation in Tema and yet I hear DVLA has refused to issue the newly built one the license to operate, reasons unknown. This nearly completed place can help decrease the the waiting time.It will also go a long way to alleviate some of Ghana's unemployment issues.
