  If between2000 and 2008 there were no new investments in building new power generation infrastructure ....THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE, REFER TO DUFFUOR'S FIRST BUDGET READING IN 2009 WHERE HE READ IT LOUD AND CLEAR IN PARLIAMENT THAT THE NPP DID SO SO MUCH IN THE POWER SECTOR....why is ndc always so dubiously refusing to straighten historical facts ???......the billions of dollars bettymould, barton odro and the the stupidest president attamills doled out in fake jdgt debts, to cronies, the 8.7 john mahama and ndc overspent to win 2012 elections, etc are the main reasons why we are now so poor that we are unable to even power our electricity generation plants with enough fuel to feed ghana with power....NDC IS SIMPLY FULL OF WOLVES, SHARKS, SATANIC FORCES ETC.....THE DOLLAR WHICH WAS 1.2 GHC IN 2008 IS NOW ALMOST 4.0 GHC....THE WORST IS YET TO COME,,,,,NDC IS NOT ONLY CLUELESS BUT ALSO VERY CRIMINALLY MINDED AND SURVIVE ONLY ON TRIBALISM AND ILLITERACY OF THE MASSES..
