  Dr Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, it can be argued that Mr Stanley Dogbe's disclosure were in public interest. 'Unpleasant' as the disclosure might seem, I think it was important for the public/Ghanaians to know the GMA's service conditions proposals/demands, details of negotiation and the Government's deal/offer. Of course, the GMA feel embarrassed because most Ghanaians find their excessive demands very outrageous.
  
  Of course, there is the need to balance confidentiality with public interest. However, what we should examine here is whether 'public interest' was best served, perhaps, under the circumstances of the industrial action by the GMA and Government's bid to address it.
  
  Clearly, Mr Stan Dodge's action/disclosure doesn't potentially have any national security implications rather than worse breach of confidentiality of grievance. But, leaking of information is a necessary part of an open society, and I don't think it is the worst possible disclosure of highly sensitive information.

  CONDITIONALITIES OF IMF CAME OUT TO THE GHANAIANS WHO WOULD PAY BACK THE LOAN? THEY EVEN HID FROM US THE SUSPECTED ONES RAISED BY PEOPLE. HOPE STANLEY DOGBE WOULD HAVE RELEASED THEM TO THE TAXPAYER.
