  "The NDPC’s insistence on sticking with a 40-year development plan could raise suspicion in the minds........." I like this point. The time period needs to be debated by all stakeholders instead of imposing it on Ghanaians, especially since it's practically impossible to predict 40 years! Why not,at most, 20 years development plan?
