  How can Medical Doctors accept to work without condition of service?I found it very difficult to understand.I will also like to think that our Medical Doctors don't like to take responsibilities for their service that is why they have kept mute all these years.I think they have something to gain for working without condition of service.The reason why I am saying this is that the Doctors are free to stay in their houses when there is urgency in the hospital.You must sometimes bribe a doctor to do his job properly.In short, they do whatever do want.There is no code of conduct between doctor patient relationship in our hospitals.Just as they want condition of service I wish the public may also demand the GMA to publish"the rights of the patient"in all the hospitals.In this case,the patient can know their legal rights and what to expect from doctors.Thank you.
