  Do we say money is scarce when our leaders are buying all these expensive v-8s, 4x4s, living the life of rally and their over bloating of expenditures and getting paid for them? Give us a break and come up with a more reasonable excuse for why it shouldn't be done. Swords don't get drawn when there is a genuine agreement to resolve and not faulting views that are plain and obvious to all for the betterment of our democracy.
