  yes! Its very true! Some of us after you are graduated from the universities with your Diploma or degree in Education, they dont even border your application. Teachers are needed in Ghana, yet still our applications are layed dormant at the Education Offices, Why????? I completed University of Cape Coast, pursuing Diplom in Education. Am still at Home! Why??????? Even with the Replacement issues am still at home!
