  the "Salafist" ideology that produced Al-Qaeda, IS, Al-Shabab, Boko Haram and many more. I was alarmed to hear that they are given official permit to go round the country to preach their poisonous and backward understanding of Islam and region as a whole. In fact, they are allowed to introduce their barbaric understanding of religion to unsuspecting Muslim youths in order to use them to fight for political power in the name of religion to destroy our country
  
  The guy was lying when he said: "Our main source of funding has been the general public who donate to us both in cash and in kind." The truth is that, they get their funding from Arab countries and Saudi Arabia in particular. And whatever learning material they supply to the youth is based on the poisonous "Salafist" understanding of Islam, which will turn them into foot-soldiers for Jihadism when the time comes. It is already happening and the authorities must take note.

  You see, that was acceptable at that time but today no one will accept such a thing.
  
  This just goes to show that Islam is time-bound. It was meant for a certain people at a certain place at a certain time. There are many things in Islam that are useful in the modern age. But there are also even more things that are outmoded, outdated and should be discarded. This is further evidence that Islam, like EVERY religious movement on earth, is MAN-MADE!!! Man-made things are not necessarily bad but they are not perfect because we human beings are not perfect creatures.
  
  Many of the preachings of Islam are NOT TRUE. This goes for ALL religious movements. They all have good things but also have bad things. Islam, and almost all religions, teach us that there is life after death and there is paradise and hell. But these are just not true, don't make sense and have not a shred of evidence to back them up.
  
  Let us learn and stop hanging on to "truths" revealed thousands of years ago that are really not "truths".

  I always wonder when people don't blame the west for their wrong policies in the middle east because of greed and selfishness. They destabilized these countries and flooded them with bombs and other weapons of destruction. They created these militant groups who helped killed Saddam, Gaddafi etc. They created isis to topple Asad of Syria. Thanks to Russia and Iran, they would have succeeded in killing Asad without any future plans for the country. Libyans are now crying for being abandoned on their fate after the west killed gaddafi and destabilized the once a bright country full of honey and milk. Isis never existed until the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
