  Why would a diasporan hold a foreign exchange account in Ghana if they cannot withdraw in the currency of their choice. Does it make sense to you?

  okay;i don't think you can just withdraw bond;i believe you must give a prior notice and by so doing the bank will be prepare for your foreign currency withdrawal..for those of you you living in advanced world;withdrawing lar ...

  okay;i don't think you can just withdraw bond;i believe you must give a prior notice and by so doing the bank will be prepare for your foreign currency withdrawal..for those of you you living in advanced world;withdrawing large currency from bank need prior notice even in local currency..so I don't believe that buying bond and getting your money back with prior notice will be denied

  Do you know more about banking than the Diaspora? Don't confuse buying government bonds with opening a foreign exhange account. They are 2 difering thngs
