By upholding justice, it includes "not to be bought, or tricked to accept or plainly forcing someone to give any handout before rendering justice.
Ghana is a failed state due to such evil judges who interpret our laws. Why should a judge even accept a bribe before rendering justice? Are they not paid? Anytime we allow greed to overtake the better part of us, that is the end result.
Our judges have disgrace that institution and we have to act to save it before it is too late.

Atuguba, in his bias summary judgment, told Ghanaians the Supreme Court does not declare winners of elections though the evidence which laid bare before him suggested there was arm twisting and clear violation of rules which governed the 2012 election. And with these corrupt judges still around, who will dare petition the courts again for redress ? I fear for my country because war looms in the offing.

I have been in court with a very large church in Ghana over the Land on which my home stands for 7 years. I had been living in my house for 6 years until one day the church brought some fake judgment and basically threw all my belongings on the street. With all the solid evidence I have against the church, the process has been very slow and I have long concluded that the judges involved have all been bribed. I am living the results of the judicial scandal and know how real this cancer is. I have vowed not to go to court ever again about any other matter because justice does not exist in Ghana. To protect my family I simply will not invest in the country because if I run into a legal roadblock I do not expect to relive another 7 year nightmare. Ooh I have also told my younger siblings living abroad never to invest because they will only be inviting trouble.

I also met a German businessman at the Tema court which is considered a real mafia stronghold. The German told me that he had been coming to court for 7 years over a .shipping problem which involved a lot of money. According to him, those he was suing had been given a large chuck if the money in dispute by the judge. At this point he broke down and in his German accent he said "Ghana goes crying for investors but they have nothing to protect us when we come here!". Based on the high levels of corruption in the judiciary, I am almost certain that he is still going to court until he gets frustrated and walks away from the cash which I suspect is the aim of all involved in the corrupt agenda.

What is your conclusion? What should I, as a reader, take away when I've come to the end of the piece?
