  When did having a Ghanaian passport become the sole criteria for voting in Ghana? For your info, the vast majority of Ghanaians who hold Dutch passports cannot, I repeat cannot have Ghanaian passport because the Dutch govt does not allow dual nationality.By your logic,how do they vote in Ghana? I know a lot of NPP fanatics in Amsterdam who hold Dutch passports yet went to Ghana to vote.They all entered Ghana with Dutch passports as tourist.They are acutely aware that as soon as the get a Ghanaian passport the Dutch govt will revoke their Dutch ones. If you want a real can of worms will we give you one.Personally,I do not care about NDC/NPP but you guys think you can walk on water.

  Hello Kay, you can exercise the right for dual citizenship if the constitution of both countries permits that. Even the right for that privilege withers into thin when it comes to certain offices. So if the Dutch do not allow dual citizenship that is the prerequisite of their constitution and there is nothing any foreign citizen can do about it. Now, if dual citizenship is not defined then anybody at all can just vote in any country, which I know you will not subscribe to.
  
  On the other hand, I did not say that a passport is required for any Ghanaian to vote in our elections. There are people who are using that phrase to muddy the waters, and, of course, you cannot claim dual citizenship if you do not have the passports of both countries. You are either Ghanaian or Togolese; you cannot claim both. However, if you do, it must be official. That is my argument. Thank you.
