  NDC GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE BLAME AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE POLLUTION OF WATERS. BECAUSE ARE ALLOWING THE 'GALAMSAYER' TO CONTINUE TO USE OUR WATERWAYS TO PROCESS THEIR GOODS.

  I am over 75 years old; I remember when it was Taboo to: (1) farm close to a water body; (2) to harvest timber in certain forest groves; (3) make excessive noise before festivals; etc. etc. Our ancestors couched the rationale for all these taboos in some fetish logic such as "not disturbing the "playground" or "peace" of the "god"/"goddess" in the river or forest, etc. Whether the rationale was scientific, sensible, logical or not these taboos achieved their ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES.
  
  Then came the Dr. Dr. Most Rev. Bishops of now, who preach against these taboos without giving any other sustainable deterrents. To them, ANYTHING GOES!! The result is what we have today, depleting forests, excessive church/bar noise, and polluted water bodies. Our ancestors WERE NOT AS DUMB AS WE MAY THINK.
