  I got his point but the headline is a bit deceptive,ironically,it was the "passport" bit that made me read it.

  It is not that the article is pointless or even bland. What it is is that the writer was definitely not focused on what he really wanted to write about.

  It is not that the article is pointless or even bland. What it is is that the writer was definitely not focused on what he really wanted to write about.
  
  Jasmines article set off to write about the chaos in the passport office and she did just that.
  
  This Sheriff guy however was dithering and wavering about how he could draw the attention of people to read an article which did not reflect the invitation of the title. Thus far his article has become functionally dead from circumlocution.
  
  It remains to see if he can fall into line with the real interpretation of the title and conform to its intended agenda in what seems to be a sequel to this shaky start.
