Justies on Ghana's Supreme Court were not carved out of stone neither are they vested with wisdom from the Christian God or the Muslim Allah; they were plugged out of the Ghanaian society and culture and do live lives that are shaped by tribal and political party loyalties.
And as a reminder of the political foothold on society we may all need to remember that till date the NDC has never apologized for the loss of lives under its administrations neither has Kufour's NPP apologized for the use of the courts to persecute political opponents on trumped out charges all for political vindictiveness.
So what is a Supreme Court supposed to do in a society where every man, woman and child with wealth became wealthy by foul means either through political connection or corruption? How can justices on the Supreme Court ignore the principles of letting the accused judges be judged by their peers? Who are the peers without sin either with their very appointment to the bench they currently or previously sat or the corrupt practices of preferential treatment that gives them first rights to national assets such as land and or unearned lifestyles? Don't get me wrong about the wrongs of bribery and corruption but to have a vested hope in the Supreme Court of Ghana to right vested and normalized cultural wrongs is to expect a Solomon kind wisdom from mortal Ghanaians.

Some writers are good but because there's too much beating about the bush in their articles, makes it distasteful for readers.
