  Richard Attenborough's film, Cry Freedom, the epic account of the life and death of Steve Biko and South Africa's anti-Apartheid struggles indeed roused my black consciousness. Cry Freedom, is a film worth watching.

  Well, I can understand you LONTO-BOY. Okoampa didn't really leave much to be gotten out of his review. If I know him right, he's going to make this a 5 or 10 part series. This means you cannot get much out of a single part. I think for the purposes of ghanaweb, Okoampa could've distilled the whole review into one article that stands on its own. It won't matter if it's a bit longer than his usual fare as long as it is complete. Then the reader will get everything that he wants to say and get to the book if he (the reader) wants the complete story. Already this part has too many lengthy quotations from the book, methinks. It sets the stage for an unnecessarily long review which may be better for a medium other than ghanaweb - New York Review of Books or its London cousin, London Review of Books.
