I don't care about them.

Asa a matter of fact you rightly said and implied it, which is that it is laying the facts bare that interests me. As for the insults I know they will also come. I don't read most of them anyway.

This is also why I don't read certain Ghanaweb commentators (once I see their names) because I know they will not be saying anything intelligent or factual. And like I say--Ahoofe is an ordinary Ghanaweb writer. Nothing special about him or the way he writes. It is all ordinary.

It is now clear which political Party is more law abiding.From day one,NDC was calling for Review of the voter´s Register but NPP will not listern.Sensing public humilation,they have now taken the law into their Hands by engaging in sensless demostrations.This senless demostrations is a another way of declaring "all die be die"-Nana Akofo Addo´s political signature.

Your fulminations' about Dr Afari- Gyan have no basis in fact!! Did he not preside over the 00 &04 elections won by the NPP. It is obvious to neutral observers that the NPP should be able to defeat the NDC! NPP main problem is not the EC or a bloated registry, rather the perception by many that the NPP is dominated by Akan jingoists. Further the NPP suffers from the belief among many of it adherents' that they are the natural rulers of Ghana, which it inherited from the DanquahBusia gang. This belief is entails the secondary belief that when NPP loses an election they must have been robbed of victory!! It is a slight improvement from their antecedents fear of the masses and attendant disregard of the popular will. However it is still a dubious position. I hope the Voter Registry is audited and cleaned up, so no party can claim electoral fraud.

Let me give you Dr. Okoampa-Ahoofe, rudimentary lessons on identification processes. A forensic exercise is useless from the get go without established practices and procedures. The reason civilized and developed nations demand of applicants to have passport-sized pictures meet stipulated specifications is not for fancy or Meer waste of time. Can either of you, Dr Okoampa-Ahoofe and Dr. Bawumia tell us what were specifications for voter ID pictures in Ghana, Togo and Ivory Coast? Is it a crime to live and participate in voting exercised in two countries? If so how would that square with so-called Ghanaians in the Diaspora? What about the Ghana constitutional definition of a Ghanaian citizen? Dr. Bawumia's so-called forensic crap is not worth the time or NPP funds spent. The exercise does not have proof of citizenship of those presumed to be living in multiple na tions neither did the picture/facial recognition process meet any standard. But as usual I am not surprised to find Dr. Okoampa-Ahoofe giving legitimacy to a bogus exercise by another loud mouth obnoxious PHD holder Dr. Bawumia.

How will a new voters register eliminate multiple registration? The NPP has not explained how this will be achieved if their demand for a new register is agreed to by the EC? Is it not a crime in Ghana to register more than once? Is it not a better option to spend time and money to identify all (I mean all) incidences of multiple registration, delete these from the register and all such people prosecuted for the crime of duoble registration? Such exercise, if carried out to the end, by securing convictions, will ensure that it does not happen again in the future. The lesson learned by such an exercise is that we will be able to acertain how this was possible and the EC and the political parties will make sure measures are put in place to eliminate its occurence in the future.

The npp is behaving like a happy triggered policeman. For every election season they bring in something new. They told us years back that the biometric they were calling for at that time will be our saviour, where are we now? Waisting our precious times.
