Who on behalf of the then newly freed French speaking African nations negotiated the releases and or banking of their respective assets with the French? And if these long standing treaties were negotiated and signed under duress is it not time for affect African nations to take legal action in an era where African leaders are being hauled off to face charges at various UN courts?
Secondly, the USA and any foreign nation has the right to place stipulations on aid they provide begging African nations; take it or leave it. Mugabe is one such African leader who has run his country into the ground even after taking away everything of value from perceived undeserving whites in his country.
Finally I wish to say here and now that the best thing to ever happen to African nations getting various free aid from developed nations will take place when any aid to Africa comes with the following:
1. Designated African nations must submit a list of prioritized areas of help needed.
2. African nations, beneficiaries, should provide transportation and accommodation for members of foreign agencies that will be tasked by donor nations to manage any project in respective nations.
3. Foreign aid workers acting as supervisors on identified project must do their own hiring of African workers and setup their own pay schedules and wage per hour amounts.
Going this suggested route in aid to Africa will ensure projects are supervised by donor nations and at the end people in each project communities will see the fruits of aid given. This will take away the abuse and misuse of foreign aid by corrupt and contemptible African governments too busy to think about the welfare of citizens but busy looting funds and anything not bolted to the ground.

Abeeku Mensah, greetings!
Your arguments seem plausible, if we ignore the undemocratic, double-standard, sophisticated global system set up by the West to thwart legal, economic, agricultural, social and political efforts made especially by African countries to right inequities and past wrongs.
Hence,
1) Africa's veto power at most world organizations remains negligible; ex. the international courts at The Hague.
2) Zimbabwe's economy still suffers under many a decade-long international sanctions and systematic destructive global propaganda instigated by Europe and the US, despite Mugabe's tenacity and drive to develop his country.
Finally, when it comes to corruption, the Blackman is as corrupt as the Redman and Yellowman; however, the Whiteman is superior in this regard, for he handles purely from a business stance, devoid of morality and emotion but most certainly with the aid of science/technology to guarantee success at every venture.

It seems that you are so far gone that it will be fruitless to even bother attempting to enlighten you or to explain the situation of the big bad world that we live in, to you.

Can the clown who wrote this article, help me by defining what he himself understands what the word dictator means?
I am asking because in his accompanying comments, he defines Mugabe, a democratically elected leader of an African country, as a dictator. On the other hand, he would probably not describe the stifling and dictatorial imperialist hegemony over many millions of francophone Africans by France as a dictatorship.
Assuming that he is an African, it seems to me that he the writer himself , like the francophone nations of Africa, has been effectively brow-beaten into total and complete political subservience by his imperialist 'masters' to play along with them in the vilification and demoralization of genuine African nationalists.
Notice how he carefully employs nice and decent language to describe the diabolical ills of his imperialist ‘masters’ whilst he doesn’t hesitate to continue playing his mercenary role as an imperialist loud-speaker by using unpalatable adjectives to describe an unrelenting African leader in the struggle against the continuing tyranny of neo-colonialism.
Who on behalf of the then newly freed French speaking African nations negotiated the releases and or banking of their respective assets with the French? And if these long standing treaties were negotiated and signed under dur ...
