OUTING SCHEDULE... Night patrols,Road blocks,traffic direction,effecting arrests,etc... all except remaining in their station office to register cases for the soldiers to pick up from there

There is no freedom anywhere. Don't be deceived by the Western media's propaganda of freedom of expressing.
America has a militarised police and you can mess with them. UK also has the cobra which is part of the police and you can't mess with them. Occupied wall street demonstrators were sprayed pepper spray.
In UK, we have seen demonstrators being prosecuted and jail even students. UK even hired a retired former New York police Chief to help them fight the gang culture in UK. We shouldn't always damp the spirit of our workers by easily comparing them to the developed world.
