  Great job!
  
  Summarily, your apt explanation accounts for why we fail to call out the inequities of leaders and elders among us. The more we realize that consanguinity does not guarantee shared progress or otherwise, the more we would learn to demand accountability of folks close to us. The more we concede that seniority does not necessary confer greater wisdom and fairness on anyone, the more we could be more assertive with our elders. And lastly, but not the least essential, the more we accept that respect for others, especially, does not have to be reduced to sheepish submission misguided by exaggerated religious expectations.

  I meant to say that: 'And lastly, but not the least essential, the more we accept that respect for others, especially, our elders, does not have to be reduced to sheepish submission, misguided by exaggerated religious expectations, the greater integrity we establish in dealing with all issues.
