What a load of tosh! Did the IMF beg Ghana and Zambia to go for loans? When the opposition in Ghana cautioned against the unrestrained borrowing what did the government say?

What a load of tosh! Did the IMF beg Ghana and Zambia to go for loans? When the opposition in Ghana cautioned against the unrestrained borrowing what did the government say?

We have a bunch of idiots who threw away $1.2Billion in judgement debts over three years and then went to the IMF cup in hand to beg for $950m with harsh conditions and swallowed that nonesense. And you have the effrontery to blame the IMF for that?

What kind of academics is Africa producing? No doubt we do not feature in the first 500 of the universities in the world!
