The test is to show a similar list by Mahama and his NDC government. Everything has gone from bad to worse as far as the eyes can see, yet you have the audacity to ask to be voted into power again! I will rather vote for a troupe of fighting macaque monkeys so long as they are able to reverse this decline into a bottomless abyss.

Look here you dimwit, if a headmaster or headmistress of an institution in Ghana told students and parents the school would put up a new dining hall, a new science building and would list the services of a lawn care company for campus upkeep what do you think would happen if a bill, larger than their annual incomes, arrived at the door steps of each of those gullible parents?

This analogy is important for you and others going bananas over the Kufour administration to know that there was not a single project or scheme undertaken by the Kufour administration worth a hill of beans. The NHIA programme was a bust otherwise why would the people of the Ashanti region, Kufours home region go bunkers because it NHIA could not be sustained by subsequent governments? The "Free Maternity Care" scheme you listed could take place under any well planned and executed health plan worth a dime. Secondly, why should a government that got rid of government programs then provide free cocoa spraying scheme that has not been sustained by government? Was the spraying not done under Nkrumah's CPP? And as you should have known if not blinded by party politics and possible tribal preferences, Kufour era School Feeding Program was a bust from the get go. Where are the networks for the distribution of farm products in Ghana? Would it not make sense to have a distribution system of farm products (from farm lands to metro and cities) to ensure each institution of government in any region has access to food products at reasonable prices? And did Kufour not acquiesce to pressures from private transport owners and thus back out of a plan to reinvest in a public transport system the CPP managed well in the CPP era?

To me it's an shame to have Ghanaians blinded by tribal loyalties have access to media houses and spew ignorant claims and suggestions to a public a not so sophisticated public who do not know when being pissed on. President John Mahama and his administration could not destroy any of Kufour era initiatives if Kufour had the brains to have implemented self sustaining programs and schemes instead of using the national coffers to shore up his base on silliness. In the end those project failed because they were political party gimmicks with no added value to the nation.
