  English is not one of Kwarteng's problems as he told SAS, he can write anything that comes to his head. The most important thing for Kwarteng is to shade, copy, paste and post to Ghanaweb and modernghana for publication. And for that simple procedure he dosen't need English grammatic.
  
  Besides he, Kwarteng has an I.Q. of 17,5% which is obviously inadequate for him to differenciate between an Area or a suburb in Accra and a region in Ghana.

  Greater Accra is a political region. It can however be grouped into various sub-regions which can be social, economic and religious region. Nungua is in Greater Accra region but can be also classified as on of the indegenous region of Greater Accra. I think the writer used the word "remotest to reflect on one of the least developed areas of Greater Accra region.
