  I don't see how these judges can use laws in which they have declared a vote of no confidence by subverting them to defend their actions. They must have found the laws to be unjust. They shouldn't have taken bribes, they should have reformed the laws. Taking bribes to subvert laws is a grave "offense". The people should not subject themselves to their court rulings because they themselves find the laws trivial or objetionable.
