Even if NDC agrees to a new register, they would be up to some other dubious strategy to try to rig the 2016 elections in their favour. Question is, are NPP officials watchful enough?

NDC government & the new EC should accede to NPP's demand of new Voters' Register for the 2016 general elections as a way of proactively countering any challenge they would make for not winning the elections.
