  There might be a reason Abena did not invite you to this wedding as an ex-boyfriend.
  
  No matter how cordial you all are, going to this wedding uninvited was a bad idea.
  
  You are talking here about being late and how you have promised to be there. You shouldn't have gone there in the first place.
