  The judiciary through human civilization. One of the arms of state that has most of the time not been a blessing to civilization through its practice in the judiciary. It is a fact that the laws of inquisition, slavery, colonization, apartheid, fascism and neocolonialism are enforced, written and operated by the judiciary.
  It was the judiciary that forced the Chinese to sniff and smoke opium that the rich in both Britain and U.S. bought from Afghanistan and they are involved in the laws and acts that have hatched the Islamic terrorists. Thus the matter is that capitalism together with all its systems are corrupt and it is only by the eliminating of the exploitation of man by man that will bring freedom to society.
  That fact about Kwesi Pratt and some of us on the left is that we were with the NPP since 1992 when it was formed. But when NPP came to power in 2001 it disappointed those in the left who believe that the interest of the country and her people are paramount. When NPP was in power it did not protect Ghana and her people but rather subverted the state that was entrusted into her hands. So Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe the matter here is that do we support a party that subvert the sovereignty of the people of Ghana and still continue to do so whiles in opposition?
