  we Ghanaians we are not using our senses well. how come teacher trainees will be teaching with empty stomach and even the graduated ones. no chalk to use; no classroom and you are talking of medium of instruction. Do you people think teachers go to class to teach without varying the medium of instruction. Are these ministers professionals at all.

  doesn't give a darn about being "educated"!
  
  All her "educated experience", and she is devoid of the common sense that many homes primarily do NOT use the so-called "mother tongue"!
  
  There are mothers in Koforidua whose
  native language is not Twi, but all in the family do not speak that
  "native language"!
  
  How is madam minister professor determine the "mother-tongue"?
  
  A minister with simplistic solutions!
