Why do you import veggies,meat, fish, and not produce them?Why do you ot build houses cheaply and patent anything?Stop writing about your FAILURE and challenge the so called capitalists to come up with production.Leave Nkrumah alone and socialism alone. They are not the cause .It is you greedy but lazy and corrupt so called government leeches who cause our downfall.Come on capitalism build houses and rear cattle and grow poultry. The market is there , so what are you waiting for. Stop extolling the virtues of capitalism while you sit on your asses waiting for government .By the way how were you going to feed the hungry unemployed or you would have them die?

There is no country in West Africa With nominal GDP of 108.3 billion dollars apart from Nigeria. Can you furnish us with facts and data as to where you got that 108.3 billion figure from? Please, do not come up with any of your embellished and mangled statistics. Quote a reliable source from either IMF or World Bank.PPP is not GDP.

  Bush would've been a better example. This man has a MBA, came into office with a surplus, cut taxes (largest in history) and increased spending at the same time. Economy falls of the cliff just before Obama enters office.

  The debt has increased yes, but the rate of increase is lower. It is just not going to get balanced over night.
  
  Our Ghana government's appetite for debt is difficult to keep in check unless we have more transparency. Pass this Right to Information bill.
  
  Look at how the causes of dumsor has changed. What decisions would have been made differently if the fact of government not paying its bills would have been more public knowledge? Or would ECG be made to look as corrupt? Just an example of what more transparency can do.
