  If it is true that the said graph was provided by Dr. Bawumia to support his claim for a new voters register, then there is something fundamentally wrong with "understanding of Graphs". Because 83% of sampled respondents confirming that the elections were free/fair/minor problems cannot in anyway be concluded that the voter's register is blotted. Unless this research finding is another type of research we are yet to be educated on. Personal hallucinated assumptions are never accepted in research and this is to you and your flag bearer. Research is based on facts and the facts are pointing to positive conclusions that reforms have improved voter confidence over the years - so no need to waste public money on voters register because of somebody's quest to get power at all cost so he can pay back all his debts. He will finanlly lease/sell the Nima Flag Staff House soon all in desperate attempts to get money to support his bid to come to power but that is another fruitless venture going down the drain. President John Dramani Mahama all the way for 2016 elections and its ONE TOUCH!

  We show in our Power Point response that "there is something fundamentally wrong" with Dr. Bawumia's, precisely, for the reason(s) you discuss. (Dr. Bawumia's is mainly "Cherry-Picked" data!, incomplete, etc.).

  To be fair to you, a good register is just one of the multitudinous factors for credible elections, and what we have should be gleaned to bring it to par. A new register is not necessarily a good register.
