If the assumption is that the inverse capitalist system is the best of systems that you believe in,then Britain has never had a vice. It means that Britain and other European nations to you are not perfect socioeconomic systems.
It is a fact that Adolf Hitler and Kwame Nkrumah came both to power through elections. Hitler came to power on the manifesto of the Aryan race been superior to any other race, though the Aryan is a clan, since there are other European people whose language belong to the German group of languages, thus German tribes.
Kwame Nkrumah's manifesto was the brother ship of man and he did not subscribe the superior ship of any other race to another. To Kwame Nkrumah all races are capable of managing their own affairs, and the Negro is not an exception.
It is on record that Hitler all allied himself with all fascists around the world into an armed group which ideas are based on the superiority of one race over others. In that scheme of affairs you must respect the superiority of the German over the Poles in order to be accepted as a human being and a Pole. It was not different from the racist ideas of the British colonial masters vis a vis the nationals of occupied territories, and just as in the U.S., Britain and other western European countries the Negro still remains an inferior race to all other races. Thus that superior race notion accepts that though Chinese and Japanese are people of the Mongoriod race, the Japanese fascist by accepting fascism as a socioeconomic system is superior to both a Chinese and a Japanese who does not adhere to the racial superiority puddle. The U.S. only abolished racial segregation in 1968 and in even 1975 the Negro was not allowed to drive a taxi in London because of the colour of his skin.
The United Nations was established on the cardinal principle of self determination of all nations. That is the right to chose their socioeconomic system without being subverted by any other state. Thus the U.S. was not to force her racial segregation on Ghana a country that abolishes it.
The world have witnessed how U.S. and her imperialist allies have subverted the rights of people to self determination and to chose their own socioeconomic system and it is what has raised the sword of Damocles over the head of mankind, and events in Ghana, Chile, Somalia, Sudan, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Tunisia, Syria and Egypt are there for all to see.
Let us talk of constitution as the basic laws of a country. The 1951 and 1960 Ghana's Constitutions did not create a vice position for both prime minister and president. From the above anyone creating such position by himself or herself will be doing an illegality under both constitutions, which will make him or her a dictator. We have stated that president or life was not an invention of Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah. It was a norm and order in the world at that time up to the early 1990, that even some member of NATO who are wasps and forget history were not exempted.
